When Linda and Paul Kimberly hired Paramount Construction and Contracting to build an addition onto their Mentor home, they had a vague idea of what they wanted.

Enter Paramount President Nathan Pastor, who also acts as Paramount's project manager and superintendent.

"He came over and he had a vision for what the room was going to look like, and he just floored us," Linda Kimberly said.

That is the key to the 7 year old Painessville company's success, said Kara Pastor, Nathan's wife and Paramount's office manager.

"It's the satisfied customer--always making sure they're happy," she said.

It is that success that helped Paramount rank second in the Emerging Companies category of this year's Lake-Geauga Fast Track 50.

The Pastors don't underestimate the importance of a good reputation in the construction industry.

"Our reputation is built on quality work and getting the job done on time and on budget," Nathan Pastor said.
